In american culture, the concept of a "gateway drug" is that of a substance that introduces you to the perverse and outlawed world of controled molecules.
I would like to introduce to the world the concept of a "Gateway Snack". Namely: Les crottes de fromages. There is NO SUCH THING as having only ONE crottes... once you start, there's no going back. The residue left on your fingers, lips and teeth makes it blatently obvious that you've been indulging in the forbidden joy of orange deliciousness. Once there, every other snack is kosher... you've essentially a crotte junky.
